TEXTUREMEDIA® BRAND GUIDELINES: This guide helps ensure that each time communication materials are produced using TextureMedia Inc.’s Brands, they support the TextureMedia Brands’ experience. It explains how to maintain TextureMedia’s visual equities and standards, so whether materials are created internally at TextureMedia or through an external partner, they will always appear to be from the same source. Consumers will learn to associate certain visual and editorial characteristics with TextureMedia and its brands and will understand its value and strength. PURPOSE: TextureMedia has developed these guidelines to assist you in properly using TextureMedia trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, slogans and copyrighted designs (TextureMedia Brand Features). The strength of a brand depends upon its consistent and appropriate use. Usage outside these guidelines may dilute TextureMedia and its Brands marks and make them more diffcult to protect. TextureMedia reserves the right to change these usage guidelines at any time and solely at its discretion.
APPROVAL: All specific uses of any TextureMedia’s Brand Features must be approved in advance by TextureMedia’s Marketing Department. You may request approval by completing the Request for Approval Form and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include samples of each proposed use. TextureMedia’s marketing department will typically review the request and respond within ten (10) business days, but is under no obligation to respond. You may not use TextureMedia Brand Features, and no license has been granted by TextureMedia, unless and until TextureMedia has granted its specific approval and nay and all conditions of such approval have been fulfilled by the Licensee.
